Gap analysis ecological monitoring

The knowledge gaps and the existing monitoring is described. It also includes recommendations on location specific monitoring for the Dogger Bank. With regards to the hub as an island these include i) impact of sediment plume ii) disturbance by light iii) role of an island as breeding and resting area for birds iv) role of an island as a hub for invasive species v) building with nature.
